A community upgrade.
140 panels replaced.
At Parkhaven, Love Light Electric brought careful coordination and personal attention to a large electrical panel replacement project.
Big-project experience.
Home-by-home care.
Panel replacement projects for apartments and condominiums need more than installation work. They need coordination with residents, property managers, utilities and inspectors.
Ryan completed 140 Zinsco panel replacements at the Parkhaven complex, working with the HOA and homeowners throughout the project. Each installation was matched to the unit and inspected by the City of Novato.
PG&E handled power disconnects and reconnects. The scale of the project allowed a substantial discount for homeowners and the HOA.
Love Light Electric also handles larger projects involving insurance-mandated electrical panel replacements, from communities of 10 units to properties with 100+ units.
Trust built through
the work itself.

“Ryan at Love Light Electric did a great job working with the Parkhaven HOA Board and owners to get old and dangerous Zinsco Electrical Panels replaced in 140 units. He established a working relationship with the City of Novato’s permit department and PG&E which really helped to expedite the permit process. Owners that went with other electricians often ran into frustrating issues and delays. He was able to offer good pricing due to the amount of work he performed for the HOA. Thanks, Ryan!”

“Ryan is a dedicated and friendly professional who I recommend highly. He took on a large project changing out electrical panels for our HOA. He was committed to keeping the cost down for the residents and doing the work as quickly and as efficiently as possible. He built a great relationship with the volunteer committee who helped coordinate the project initially and took on so much of the legwork that their role… my role, was no longer necessary; for that I am so grateful. Ryan also worked closely with the city for permits, etc, and wasn’t afraid to research and chase up in order to keep the project moving.
Multiple residents have spoken to me about how kind, courteous and hard working Ryan has been throughout the whole project and every one has said they would hire him again. He is vigilant and incredibly meticulous. He has all the necessary licenses, and knows his trade! You can’t go wrong if you hire Ryan.”
